Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 1 to 14 working days, depending on your location and product availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

MAINLAND EUROPE

BENELUX, FRANCE, GERMANY:  1 - 5 working days

ITALY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SCANDINAVIA & BALTIC STATES, AUSTRIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVENIA, SLOWAKIA, HUNGARY, POLAND, ROMANIA, GREECE, BULGARIA, MOLDOVA: 3 - 7 working days 

REMOTE AREAS & ISLANDS

NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, UK: 3 - 8 working days 

BALEARIC ISLAND, CORSICA, CYPRUS, GREEK ISLANDS, ITALIAN ISLANDS, MALTA: 5 - 14 working days 

We use third party shipping companies, Rubu House is not responsible for any delays once the piece has left the warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping starts at €4,95 depending on your location and the weight of the package. Exact costs are shown at checkout.

Rubu House  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check you country's customs rates before purchasing.


Check Your Delivery

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage, follow the steps below. Claims cannot be processed unless this is completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your order has been packed with the utmost care, though on rare occasions, damage may occur during transport. Should you notice any visible damage upon delivery, please request that the driver notes this on the Proof of Delivery and provide us with a copy along with photos of the products and packaging.

You may also choose to refuse the shipment entirely if the damage is significant.

For insurance purposes, it is essential that any damage is recorded at the time of delivery. Kindly ensure the driver allows you to perform a brief external inspection before signing for receipt.

After approval, return the item in its original packaging. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
